- Tune to channel 101—the DISH Network Neighborhood—for a 30-minute program that will guide you through your new services.
- Get all your technical support directly from the DISH website.
- Make any changes to your DISH service with a call to 1.888.742.0239.

Change channels | You have 3 ways to change channels on your DISH receiver:

Use correct input or channel | Your TV must be set to the correct input or channel to enjoy DISH service—usually HDMI1 and channel 3 or 4. If your screen is black, blue, or snowy, your TV may be set to wrong input or channel. What can cause your TV to be on wrong input or channel?

Set Closed Captioning | Closed Captioning shows a text version of the program on your TV screen. It's helpful for hearing-impaired people, and useful in noisy places like a sports bar. To use Closed Captioning:
