Need to upgrade or change your Frontier services? Have to make a billing change? Want to edit your account profile or your email? Start right here.
Log in to Enterprise Portal and click My Profile. In Frontier ID, Password & Email Notifications section you can:

Change your Frontier ID — Click Edit next to your Frontier ID. Enter an email address you already own, re-enter it, and click Save. |

Change your Frontier ID password — Click Change my password. Enter old password, enter new password, re-enter new password, and click Save. |

Add mobile phone number — Click Edit beneath Mobile Phone Number. Enter number and click Save. To update your mobile phone number, click Edit, enter new phone number and click Save. |

Link multiple accounts — Click Link Another Account, enter new account's 17-digit Frontier account number and 4-digit PIN. Click Link Account. Now you can pay bill and manage settings for linked account and your own. This does not combine billing. |
Log in to Enterprise Portal and click My Profile. In My Accounts section you can:

Change billing address — Click Edit next to Billing Address. Enter updated address and click Save. |

Enroll in paperless billing to receive Frontier bill as a PDF file instead of a paper bill in the mail — Click checkbox next to Enroll in paperless statements. Change your mind? Click to deselect checkbox. |

Unlink a linked account — Click Unlink next to account you choose. |

Reset Your Frontier Email Password

Launch Frontier Account Editor*. * You must be on the Frontier network in order to access the Frontier Account Editor. If you're in a hotel or office, you may not be able to access the Frontier Account Editor. |

Type in email address and password; click Login. |
3 |
Click Password and type in new password twice. |
4 |
Click Change Password. |
Create additional email address:

Launch Frontier Account Editor*. * You must be on the Frontier network in order to access the Frontier Account Editor. If you're in a hotel or office, you may not be able to access the Frontier Account Editor. |

Type in email address and password; click Login. |

Click Additional Email Addresses to see current email accounts and number of free accounts you can create. (You may remove email accounts here, too.) |

Enter new username and password. (Username must be different from existing usernames.) |

Click Add Email Addresses. |
Several other changes require you to call a Frontier customer service agent:

Change billing name — Call 1.800.921.8102 or chat with us by selecting Live Chat. |

Change primary username (your primary Frontier email address) — Call 1.800.921.8102. |

Reset primary password — Call 1.800.921.8102 and confirm your identity with customer service agent. |

Add or cancel services — Call 1.800.921.8102, but please see our change service page for details. |
5 |
Move your service — See our movers page or call 1.800.921.8102 to find out if Frontier services are available at your new location. |
6 |
Temporary Hold/Vacation Service — You may be able to suspend your Frontier services for a period of time at a discounted rate. Call 1.800.921.8102 to see if you qualify. |

Cancel or reschedule appointment — Log in to Enterprise Portal and click Account Summary menu, or log in to MyFrontier Mobile app and choose Help Center. Select your Trouble Ticket to cancel or reschedule. |
