How to find my Wi-Fi name and password

To set up a Wi-Fi connection on your devices, you'll need your wireless network name and password. This video will show you how to find them.

Recover your Wi-Fi password in the MyFrontier app

The easiest way to find your Wi-Fi password is with the MyFrontier app for Android or iOS.
  1. Sign in to the MyFrontier app
  2. Find the Network section in your dashboard
  3. Tap Show password

Recover your password on a Windows PC

Your computer must already be wirelessly connected to your home network.
  1. Click the Wi-Fi icon on your computer’s task bar
  2. Click Network & Internet Settings
  3. Click the Wi-Fi tab on the left side of the Settings window
  4. Select Change adapter options below Related settings
  5. Click your Wi-Fi network
  6. Select View status of this connection
  7. Click Wireless Properties
  8. Select the Security tab and locate the Network security key field
  9. Click the checkbox for Show characters to see your Wi-Fi network password

    Recover your password on Mac

    1. Click the search icon in the menu at the top of your screen
    2. Type Keychain access and press the return button
    3. Click on System then Passwords under Categories
    4. Locate the name of your wireless network
    5. Click Show password
    6. Type your username and password to authenticate your account
    7. Click the Show Password button
