Returning your equipment is easy.

You recently made changes to your Frontier services and now need to return equipment. Follow these two easy steps to complete your return.
Step 1.

Find The UPS Store® nearest you.

Step 2.

Bring the QR code we sent you by email or text and the following Frontier equipment. No boxes or labels are needed.

Your equipment return link is invalid and may have expired. Please contact support, thank you
No boxes or labels are needed. The UPS Store® will do the rest.
They will:
  • Box up the equipment and print the labels
  • Ship the equipment back to Frontier
  • Give you a receipt

  • Please return your equipment within 30 days to prevent charges.
  • Please note that the QR code can only be used at The UPS Store®.
