Frontier Internet Max customers in West Virginia who are currently provisioned at 1.5 Mbps or lower download speeds will receive a temporary price decrease in their monthly bills. Eligible customers do not need to apply for the temporary credit, but will automatically see the credit in their monthly bill beginning with bills dated January 25.
