Option 1:

Digital Upload (Fastest)

Uploading your documents online is the quickest way to process your order.

• Check your inbox: Look for an email with the subject CreditCheck Verification containing instructions and a link to upload your ID.
• Can’t find your email? Sign in to your account with your Frontier ID (or create one in seconds) to view your order and upload your documents directly.

Option 2:

Mail or Fax

If you are unable to upload your documents online, you can submit physical copies for verification. Please provide either one primary photo ID OR two secondary forms of identification from the list below:

• Primary ID option (1 required):
  • Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport)

• Secondary ID option (2 required):
  • Social Security Card
  • Official Birth Certificate
  • Business Tax ID Document
