The MiCollab Client Service hostname will appear with entry fields for Login ID and Password.
- Refer to the customer's Welcome Email for their access credentials:
- Username is email name without the domain from ORIA extension (e.g., stanleyray077).
- Password: password
- Tap on Test Connection.
- The screen will display the message Connection Successful immediately above Test Connection.
- Tap the Finish button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. The application will load.
- Once the application is loaded, tap the Settings icon in the top bar.
