How to create your Frontier ID
Learn how to register and set up your Frontier ID in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Verify your account
- Visit frontier.com/register and select Get started.
- Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account.
- Select Submit. A six-digit verification code will be sent by email or text message.
- Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email address or mobile number.
- Confirm your service address.
- Add or confirm a secondary contact method (email address or mobile number). You’ll receive another six-digit verification code to confirm your secondary contact method.
Tip: If you’re unable to verify your account using your email or mobile number, select “Try another way” to use your last name and address instead.
Step 2: Create your password
Your password must be at least 8 characters, contain one capital letter and one number.
- Enter a strong password for your account.
- Click Create password.
That’s it! You’re ready to sign in with your email address and password.
