If you’ve made a change to your services, you may be required to return equipment back to Frontier.
Equipment can be returned through two methods:
Equipment (including power cord) must be returned to us within 30 days. If equipment is not received within the return window, a fee of up to $500 for each unreturned device will apply.
You must return the following internet router models (including power cord) if you upgrade or change service. You can find the router model number on the back of the device.
Other Frontier equipment, including Video and TV devices such as DVR or set top boxes, does not need to be returned. If you have Frontier equipment that doesn’t need to be returned, please recycle it.
Find out where to recycle equipment in your community or check with your local electronics or office supply store.
The UPS Store makes it easy. No boxes or labels are needed.
If you did not receive or cannot locate your QR email, please check your spam folders. If you need another QR code sent via email and/or SMS, please chat with us.
If you requested a return mailer initially and need another one sent, click here. Additional or replacement return mailer kits can only be requested if the original return method selected was return mailer. Mailers can take 5-7 business days to be delivered. If you would like to change your return method to QR code, please chat with us.
If you received a QR code but would like a return mailer sent, or you received a return mailer and would now like to return via QR code, please chat with us.
Returns by QR code are only accepted at The UPS Store locations. Locations that are UPS affiliated or contracted will not accept the QR code.
If you returned your equipment and were billed an unreturned equipment fee, please chat with us.
If you received new equipment via a technician and they did not take your old equipment, please check the list of equipment models to verify if your device needs to be returned. If your device is on the required return list, please chat with us.
