After you’ve opened a trouble ticket, you can easily check its status online using your ticket number, service address Zip code and last name or business name.
You can also sign in to your account or use the MyFrontier app to view the status of a trouble ticket.
Visit the ticket status page and enter the following information. Or, enter your account number.
You can also check the status of your trouble ticket by selecting Order/ticket status in the Quick links tile on your account dashboard. You’ll need your Order number, service address ZIP code and the last name of the account owner or business name to find your trouble ticket.
