How to check your trouble ticket status

After you’ve opened a trouble ticket, you can easily check its status online using your ticket number, service address Zip code and last name or business name.

You can also sign in to your account or use the MyFrontier app to view the status of a trouble ticket.

Check your trouble ticket status without logging in

Visit the ticket status page and enter the following information. Or, enter your account number.
  1. The ticket number you received by phone or email when your trouble ticket was created
  2. The service address Zip code for the location where you receive Frontier service
  3. The last name of the account owner, the business name or account number
  4. Click the reCaptcha checkbox (I’m not a robot) then Check Status

  1. Sign in to the app for Android or iPhone.
  2. From your account dashboard, select the trouble ticket you want to view. Or tap the Support icon and select your trouble ticket under Open support tickets.
  3. On the next screen, you’ll see a detailed timeline for your trouble ticket outlining its status.

Check your trouble ticket status from your account

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open tickets will appear at the top of your dashboard above the My Profile and My Bills tiles.
  3. Choose your trouble ticket and select Check status.
You can also check the status of your trouble ticket by selecting Order/ticket status in the Quick links tile on your account dashboard. You'll need your Order number, service address ZIP code and the last name of the account owner or business name to find your trouble ticket.
