A monthly printed bill fee of $2.99 will apply for this option.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.
- Look for the tile that says Paperless Billing. Select Turn off Paperless.
- A pop up will appear asking you to confirm the change. Select Turn off paperless.
- A confirmation message will appear. Select Ok.
Once you're enrolled in Paperless Billing, you'll receive a monthly email when your bill is ready. To view your bill, log in to your Frontier account and select Go to My Billing
in the My Bills
tile. To download or print your bill, select Download
