Enrolling in paperless or printed billing

Paperless billing is a simple, convenient and environmentally friendly way to keep track of your bills. Learn how to sign up for paperless billing in the MyFrontier app or online.

Enroll in Paperless Billing through the MyFrontier app

  1. Sign in to the app for Android or iOS
  2. Select Billing then Manage
  3. Tap the toggle next to Paperless Billing to turn it on or off

Note: If Paperless Billing is turned off, you’ll continue to receive a printed bill for a $2.99 /mo. fee.

Enroll in paperless billing online

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.
  3. Look for the tile that says Paperless Billing is off.
  4. Select Enroll in Paperless.
  5. A confirmation message will appear. Select Ok.

Paper billing

A monthly printed bill fee of $2.99 will apply for this option.
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.
  3. Look for the tile that says Paperless Billing. Select Turn off Paperless.
  4. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm the change. Select Turn off paperless.
  5. A confirmation message will appear. Select Ok.
Once you're enrolled in Paperless Billing, you'll receive a monthly email when your bill is ready. To view your bill, log in to your Frontier account and select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile. To download or print your bill, select Download in the My bill tile.
