How to pay your Frontier bill

Learn the different ways you can pay your Frontier bill so you can choose the method that works best for you.

Auto Pay

Auto Pay is the safe, easy, secure way to pay your bill automatically by bank account, debit card or major credit card.

How to make a one-time payment in the MyFrontier app

You can schedule a one-time payment for up to 45 days in advance in the MyFrontier app or through your online account.
  1. Sign in to the MyFrontier app for Android or iOS
  2. From your dashboard, tap Make a Payment. Or tap the billing icon then Make a Payment.
  3. Select the amount you want to pay: total balance, past due amount or custom amount. Tap Select amount.
  4. Choose a payment date and tap Select payment date.
  5. Choose your payment method and tap Select payment method.
  6. Tap the Pay button.

How to make a one-time payment from your online account

  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. Click Pay Bill. Or select My Payments then Make a Payment.
  3. Select the payment amount, date and method.
  4. Accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Click Submit.

How to make a one-time payment without signing in

  1. Go to the Express Pay page.
  2. Enter your account number and email or ZIP code, then click Continue.
  3. Complete the form with your payment amount, name, bank or credit/debit card information and email.
  4. Accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Click Submit.

How to pay by phone

Call our Automated System at 1-800-801-6652 to pay your bill by phone. There are no fees for phone payments using our automated system.

Phone payments can be made by bank account, debit card or major credit card, and payments are posted to your account immediately.

Please have your 17-digit Frontier account number from your bill when you call.

How to pay by mail

Make your check out to Frontier and write your 17-digit account number on the “For” line. There is no fee to pay by check or money order through the mail.

Note: Payments are posted to your account after 5:30 p.m. on the day they are received.

How to pay in person

We accept payments in person through authorized locations across the U.S. Visit CheckFreePay to find a location near you.

Note: A $1.50 fee applies. You can pay in person by cash, check or money order, and payments are posted to your account the next business day.

How do I add or update a payment method online?

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select the My Payments tab near the top of the My Account screen, then select Manage Payment Methods.
  3. Select Add/Edit Payment Method.
  4. Select Bank account or Credit/Debit (if not already selected) and fill in the form completely
  5. Select Add to confirm information and add the payment method to your account.

Note: To change your saved bank account, select Delete next to the account, then add a new bank account following the instructions above.

How do I edit a scheduled payment in the MyFrontier app?

  1. Sign in to the app
  2. Tap Billing then History
  3. Select the scheduled payment you want to edit. Tap Edit Payment.
  4. Change your payment amount, date or payment method. Tap Update Payment.

How do I edit a scheduled payment online?

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select Payment Activity in the My Payments tab.
  3. Select Edit to choose a different payment method, amount, date, or cancel the payment.
  4. If the payment is marked In Progress, it can’t be changed.
