Request New Mailing Boxes

If you don't receive your return equipment mailers within 5–7 days of speaking with a Frontier representative, or the mailers you received are damaged:

  • Visit frontier.com/returns and enter your account number.
  • Follow the instructions to receive another return mailer.
Go to frontier.com/returns for your prepaid mailers.
