How to set up Auto Pay online
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.
- Look for the tile that says Auto Pay is off. Select Set up Auto Pay.
- Select or add a payment method and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Enroll.
- A confirmation message will appear. Select the X in the upper right hand corner to close the message.
Note: Your automatic payments will begin right away unless your current bill is due within 24 hours. If you need to make a payment immediately, select Make a Payment in the My Payments menu.
How to change your Auto Pay payment method online

- Sign in to your account.
- Select Auto Pay in the Quick links tile.
- Look for the tile that says Auto Pay is on at the top of the page.
- Select the pencil icon next to your payment method.
- From the drop down, choose a saved payment method or add a new payment method.
Use a saved payment method
- From the drop down, choose a saved payment method.
- Select Save. Your Auto Pay payment method is now updated. You'll receive an email confirmation confirming the change.
Add a new payment method
- Select your payment type: Credit or debit card or Bank account.
- Enter your payment method details. Select Set as default payment method.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Add.
- A message will appear asking you to confirm that you want to use this payment method for Auto Pay. Select Yes.
- Your Auto Pay payment method is now updated. You'll receive an email confirmation confirming the change.

- Tap Billing then Manage.
- Look for the tile that says Auto Pay is on. Select Edit.
- From the drop down, choose a saved payment method or select Add Payment Method.

- Your Auto Pay payment method is now updated. You'll receive an email confirmation confirming the change.

- Enter your payment method details. Select Save payment method as default.
- Select Save.
- Tap Billing.
- Look for the tile that says Auto Pay is on. Select Edit.
- From the drop down, choose the payment method you added.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Your Auto Pay payment method is now updated. You'll receive an email confirmation confirming the change.
