You do not have to declare which device you want covered until you make a claim.

Note:

  • There is a 30-day waiting period before claims are covered. You receive 30 days of coverage after you cancel your service to reimburse you for the initial waiting period.
  • Your equipment is covered by the shipper if it's damaged during shipping, whether it's being shipped to or from you. We will facilitate the claim with the shipper.

*Must be equipped with Windows XP or newer or Android version 1.6 or newer or Apple operating system version OSX or newer or Linux OS with 2009 publication date or newer. iPad operating system of 4.3 or newer. Excludes homemade computers. ADH—Accidental Damage from Handling protects the product from mishaps such as cracked screens, spills and drops. ADH is only available on laptops, notebooks, tablets and eReaders.
