Managing your Multi-Device Security account online

Frontier Multi-Device security has a variety of account features to help you make the most of your service. Learn how to manage your account on your computer.

Reset your Multi-Device Security password online

  1. Sign in to the Multi-Device Security portal.
  2. Select the Forgot your password link.
  3. Enter your email address and click Send.
  4. Check your inbox for an email with a reset password link. Click the link.
  5. Enter a new password and select Reset Password.

Manage your licenses

You can view your licenses inside the Frontier Multi-Device Security portal. Your account comes with 10 licenses, which you can add or remove from your devices at any time.

To share an account with a family member or friend, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Multi-Device Security portal.
  2. Select Add Device below your username.
  3. Choose Someone else's device.
  4. Enter your friend or family member’s name and email address. We’ll send an installation link to their inbox.

Remove a user from your account

To remove a user from your account, follow these steps: Account admins can remove any user but themselves. Other users can only add or remove devices.

    Change your account email address

    You’ll need to chat with us to change the email address associated with your Multi-Device Security account. You can’t make this change inside the portal.

      Configure parental controls

      Parental controls like browsing protection and time limits are available on PC and iOS or Android devices. Parental controls are not available on Mac.

      You can configure and change parental controls by logging into the Multi-Device Security app, choosing a user’s profile and selecting Settings. In the settings menu, select Parental Controls.

        Set up the Android Finder Feature

        Multi-Device Security comes with an anti-theft feature for Android devices. Once you install the app, log in to the Multi-Device Security portal to turn the finder feature on and off.

        The Finder Feature can help you:

        • Locate your device on a map or set off a loud alarm
        • Lock your device if it’s lost or stolen to protect your data
        • Wipe your device including all personal information
