Account admins can remove any user but themselves. Other users can only add or remove devices.
You’ll need to chat with us to change the email address associated with your Multi-Device Security account. You can’t make this change inside the portal.
Family Protection helps protect your family from malware, phishing, scams and harmful content on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. On Android and iOS, the app also guides you to your phone’s built-in screen-time settings where you can schedule screen-free time for homework, dinner and sleep.
To get started, send a download link to your child’s device and follow the setup wizard.
