Your Frontier phone services include a number of helpful features. Learn more about your plan’s features, star codes, and how to get the most out of your service.


How to set up and access voicemail

Follow these steps to set up voicemail from any phone.

  1. Dial your Frontier telephone number and press the star button when you hear the greeting.
  2. Enter your temporary passcode.
  3. Create a new 6-13 digit passcode. Note your passcode in a safe place so you don’t lose it.
  4. Record your name and new greeting.

Voicemail setup varies by the type of service you have. If you don’t hear all of the options, you may not be subscribed to the feature. Please chat with us for more assistance.

    How to identify which Frontier phone service you have

    Online

    1. Sign in to My Account.
    2. Click Account Summary.
    3. You’ll see your phone service listed under My Services.

    MyFrontier App

    1. Sign in to the app for Android or iOS.
    2. From the dashboard, find the My plans section.
    3. Tap your phone plan to view more details.

      Never miss a call

      Fiber Digital Voice and Frontier Digital Voice customers can receive every home phone call, no matter where they are using the Find Me-Follow Me or Simultaneous Ring features.

      Find Me-Follow Me

      Sends your calls to a choice of up to five locations, which ring in sequence. You can answer the call at any of these locations.

      Simultaneous Ring

      Sends calls to your choice of different numbers at the same time. For example, your home phone, cell phone and office phone can ring simultaneously.

      How to set up these features in your voice portal

      1. Sign in to your account
      2. Select Frontier Digital Voice in the My Services section.
      3. Click Call Settings and look for Locate Me and Simultaneous Ring Settings.
