1. Check that all the phones in your home have been hung up.
2. If you have no dial tone on your corded phone, make sure it is plugged securely into the wall phone jack.
3. If you have no dial tone on your cordless phone, check the battery and charge it if it's low.
4. Make sure your cordless phone's base unit is plugged into a working electrical outlet. Also make sure the phone cord is plugged securely into the wall phone jack.

To reboot your Frontier router, gateway or modem:

• Unplug the unit
• Wait 30 seconds
• Plug it back in
• Give it a few minutes to fully power up

Plug the phone with no dial tone into the same wall jack as a phone that does have a dial tone.

If your phone’s battery can’t take or hold a charge, you may need a new battery. Consult your phone’s user manual to find out how to order the right battery.

If only one of your phones can’t get a dial tone, or one phone causes the others not to work, you may need a new phone.
