On your computer:

• Find your browser's main menu and look for Settings, Options or Tools. In Google Chrome, find and click "Clear browsing data" under "Advanced". Your browser may have different wording for this.
• Click and follow the onscreen instructions in your browser.

On your tablet, go to your device's settings.

• On an iPad, scroll down and tap Safari, then scroll down to find "Clear History and Website Data". Tap to clear the data.
• On an Android device, go to Apps and find your browser. Tap on Storage and look for buttons to clear your cache and cookies.

Now try again to watch programming on TV Everywhere.

If you normally use a different web browser, switch to Google Chrome for viewing TV Everywhere. If you already use Chrome, install any updates. Try to watch TV Everywhere in Chrome.

On an Android device:

• Open Settings and choose Application management.
• Tap Apps in the Device section.
• Choose to Uninstall or Disable the Frontier TV app and tap OK to confirm.
• Next, go to Google Play and reinstall Frontier TV.

On an iOS (Apple) device:

• Tap and hold the Frontier TV app icon on your device until all the icons begin to shake.
• Tap the X in the upper left corner of the app’s icon and tap Delete.
• Press the Home button to stop all the icons from shaking.
• Next, go to the App store and reinstall Frontier TV.

Use the reinstalled app and start watching TV.
