    • Arris NVG468MQ
    • Greenwave G1100
    • Actiontec MI424WR
    • Westell 9100

Note: Please take a look at existing cable locations before you start. Leave all existing cables connected. Only disconnect the power to the device being replaced.

Step 1: Connect your existing router or modem to the new Sagemcom device

Identify which of the following cables are connected to your old device and follow these steps to connect them to the correct Sagemcom ports (identified in the image below).
      Ports on Sagemcom router

      WAN/ONT Broadband Port

      1. Find the ethernet cable connected to the WAN or ONT Broadband port on your old device. Ethernet cables are generally round with clear, rectangular plastic connectors on either end.
      2. Connect the ethernet cable to the WAN 2.5G port on your Sagemcom router.

      Coaxial cable

      1. Locate the coaxial cable connected to the Cable Line/COAX line on your old device. Coaxial cables are generally round with identical connectors on both ends. The connectors have a thin metal rod at the center, and the outside can be used to tighten or loosen the connection to the device.
      2. Connect the coaxial cable to the MoCA WAN/LAN port on your Sagemcom router.

      Telephone Cable

      1. Identify the telephone cable connected to the Phone Line 1 & 2 port on your old device. Telephone cables are generally round with clear, rectangular connectors on either end. The connectors are smaller and flatter than an ethernet cable.
      2. Connect the telephone cable to the PHONE port on your Sagemcom router.

      USB Cable

      1. Locate the USB cable connected to the USB/USB 1 port on your old device. USB cables are generally round with a flat, rectangular connector that plugs into another device. It may have the same exact connector on both ends, or the other side could look different, depending on the type of USB cable.
      2. Connect the USB cable to the USB port on your Sagemcom router.

      Ethernet Cables 1-4 / LAN 1-4

      1. Identify the ethernet cables connected to the Ethernet 1-4 / LAB 1-4 on the old device. Ethernet cables are generally round with clear, rectangular plastic connectors on either end.
      2. Connect these cable(s) to the LAN 1-2 port(s) on your Sagemcom router.

Step 2: Power up your Sagemcom device

      1. Once all cables are moved, connect the power cable to your Sagemcom device.
      2. Look for the internet light, which is depicted with a globe icon.
      3. The light will flash green during the boot-up process and turn solid green once connected.

Step 3: Set up your Wi-Fi network

Once your Sagemcom is powered up, locate the network name and password on the back of the router. Use this information to connect to Wi-Fi on any device.
