Managing your Multi-Device Security account in the app

Frontier Multi-Device security has a variety of account features to help you make the most of your service. Learn how to manage your account using the app.

Reset your Multi-Device Security password in the Secure app

  1. Sign in to the Secure app for Android or iOS
  2. Tap Forgot your password?
  3. Enter the email address used for your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  5. Follow the instructions on how to change your password

Manage your licenses

You can view your licenses inside the Secure app. Your account comes with 10 licenses, which you can add or remove from your devices at any time.

  1. Sign in to the Secure app for Android or iOS
  2. Tap People & Devices to view and manage your licenses

Remove a user from your account

To remove a user from your account, follow these steps:
  • Sign in to the Secure app for Android or iOS
  • Tap the icon of the user you want to remove
  • Select Remove from Security Group

    Change your account email address

    You’ll need to chat with us to change the email address associated with your Multi-Device Security account. You can’t make this change inside the app.
