Internet

What’s changing, and where can I find more info?

Your internet service will increase. You can find more details on page 3 of your bill. Here are some quick ways you can access your bill: online or on your app. If your service is on a price guarantee, this will not occur until that promotion expires.

Why is my Internet service increasing?

We know your internet is important to you. That’s why we’ve committed to expanding our 100% fiber-optic network to as many homes as possible. We try hard to keep our rates low, but rising costs to service our customers and network expansion have driven the change in pricing. We’ll continue to invest in building and maintaining our network while offering internet at competitive rates as we work to bring you the best experience possible.

Are there discount programs available?

We are a proud participant in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a federal assistance program designed to help income-qualified households afford the internet service they need for work, school, healthcare, and more. Qualifying households can receive free or low-cost internet through credits of up to $30 per month. Frontier is pausing ACP enrollment on 2/4/24 at 11:59 PM ET to ensure customers have time to successfully register by the government's deadline of 2/7/24 for new ACP applicants. Learn more.

What is changing?

The cost of your internet and TV services will increase.

If your service is on a price guarantee, this will not occur until that promotion expires.

What is the Broadcast Surcharge? What is changing with it?

The Broadcast Surcharge is a pass-through fee to recover a portion of the costs local TV stations charge network providers to carry their broadcasts.

The Broadcast Surcharge will also increase by $6.

Why are these prices increasing?

We always work hard to keep affordable rates, but the rise in programming costs —covering movies, shows, and sports—is directly linked to increased expenses from TV networks. These costs for programming are rising across the industry due to intensified competition for content. Despite this challenge, our TV packages continue to be competitively priced, providing a wide array of channels and sought-after content for you and your family at a fair and reasonable value.

Where can I find these rates on my bill?

You can find the rate for your selected TV package and the Broadcast Surcharge as a tax on page 3 of your bill.
