You’ll receive information on how to claim your Visa Reward card from Frontier after you’ve placed your Frontier Visa qualifying order, service has been installed for 90 days, and you have paid your first bill in full. You must maintain service and the Visa pricing offer you signed up for without change for 90 days after install in order to qualify for the reward card. We will send the claim information to you at the email address you provided at point of sale; if no email was provided, we will mail a letter to your home address. This notification has full details on how to claim your Visa Reward card.

Absolutely! Your card will be preloaded with the promotional value. All you will need to do is activate it with the information provided with the card. Your card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

Before you use your card, you need to activate it. Follow the steps below:

  1. Visit rewardcenter.frontier.com or call 1-877-722-7937.
  2. Have your Visa Reward Card number and ZIP Code.
  3. Create your own four-digit PIN.
  4. Once activated, peel off the sticker and sign your name in ink on the Visa Reward Card.
  5. Review your cardholder agreement. Keep your card number in a safe place.

Your Visa Reward card offer will expire 75 days from when the claim information is sent. Once you claim your Visa Reward card, it will expire six months after it is issued. The “valid thru” date will be on the front of your card. Once it expires, any transactions will be declined.

Your reward card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. The total dollar amount will be deducted automatically from the balance on your card.
