Yes, enjoy it! Keep in mind that when you use your reward card in some locations (restaurants, spas, salons), the merchant may automatically add a temporary tip for an amount up to 20% more than your bill. This charge is a pre-authorization, and only the amount you authorize will be deducted from the balance on your card. However, make sure in advance that your available balance can cover this 20%, or your transaction will be declined.
No, this is not a credit card. Your purchase amounts are deducted in full at the time you make them. You have no bills to pay.

When you use your Reward Card for a purchase that is larger than your card balance, you can ask the merchant to split the transaction between the Reward Card and another form of payment. No, your card will not work at an ATM. The Reward Card is not redeemable for cash.
Your Reward Card will not work until you activate it, or if it has expired, or if your available balance will not cover the purchase. The merchant will not know your available balance; you will need to check it yourself. Also, a tip may have been added as a temporary charge from a restaurant, spa or salon purchase. Be sure that you are using your Reward Card as outlined in your Cardholder Agreement, or it will be declined.
Call 1-877-722-7937. A representative will help you replace your card. A fee will apply. A $7 replacement card fee will be deducted from your reward card balance. For example, if you lose your $100 card and have not used it yet, you will receive a replacement card with $93. If your card has less than $7 remaining balance, the card will not be replaced.
