- Resolve Disputes: If you ever need to resolve disputes regarding your payments or account, give us a call!
- Trouble Paying Bill: If there's going to be a problem paying your bill by the day it is due, for any reason, contact us. The Collections Department can also help with payment arrangements either by email or calling 1.800.921.8105.
- Obtain a Refund for a Credit Balance: If you have a live account with a credit balance, please contact customer service at 1.800.921.8102 to request a refund. If you have a closed account with a credit balance, a refund will automatically process 1–3 billing cycles from the date the account was closed and will be mailed to the final billing address given when the account was closed.
