Existing Frontier Fiber customers do not need to take any action to retain service. However, Frontier Fiber customers may be eligible for deals, including a $15 monthly discount when combining a new or existing Frontier Fiber plan with a new or existing Verizon mobile phone plan.

After submission, additional eligibility checks are performed to complete your enrollment. You will receive a confirmation email once the discounts are applied to your account, and the billing discounts will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.

To enroll in the Verizon Mobile + Frontier Fiber discount, both your Verizon Mobile and Frontier Fiber services must be fully installed and activated. Once both services are activated, you can enroll in the discount. Upon successful verification of your accounts, your Mobile + Frontier Fiber Internet discount enrollment will be submitted for processing and the billing discounts will appear within 1-2 billing cycles, provided you meet all eligibility requirements.

First make sure you’re using the email address associated with your Frontier account. If you’re unsure of your email address or need to update your email, you can find it on the website under My Account / My Profile / Contact Information, or in the app under Account Settings. If you’re having other issues verifying your Frontier account please contact Frontier Support to confirm your account details (email, contact phone number, last name, and service address) and then try again with the confirmed information.

No changes for now! You can keep paying your Frontier bill the same way you do now, and any Auto Pay settings will continue to work the same.
