How to check your order status

After you’ve placed an order for Frontier services or support, you can easily check its status online using your order number, service address Zip code and last name or business name.

You can also sign in to your account or use the MyFrontier app for Android or iPhone to view the status of an order.

Check your order status without logging in

Visit the order status page and enter the following information. Or, enter your account number.
  1. The Order number you received by phone or email when you placed your order
  2. The service address ZIP code for the location where you receive Frontier service
  3. The last name of the account owner or business name
  4. Click the reCaptcha checkbox (I’m not a robot) then Check Status

Check your order status from the MyFrontier app

  1. Sign in to the app for Android or iPhone.
  2. From your account dashboard, select the order you want to view. Or tap the Support icon and select your order under Open support tickets.
  3. On the next screen, you’ll see a detailed timeline for your order and its status.

Check your order status from your account

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open tickets will appear at the top of your dashboard above the My Profile and My Bills tiles.
  3. Choose your order ticket and select Check status.
You can also check the status of your order by selecting Order/ticket status in the Quick links tile on your account dashboard. You'll need your Order number, service address ZIP code and the last name of the account owner or business name to find your order.

Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment?

  1. Sign in to your account in the MyFrontier app.
  2. Select your service order ticket from the Home or Support screens.
  3. Select Reschedule appointment to pick a new date or time.
  4. If you need to cancel, select Cancel and call the number provided to complete cancellation.
