How to check your order status

After you’ve placed an order for Frontier services or support, you can easily check its status online using your order number, service address Zip code and last name or business name.

You can also sign in to your online account or use the MyFrontier app for Android or iPhone to view the status of an order.


Check your order status without logging in

Visit the order status page and enter the following information. Or, enter your account number.
  1. The Order number you received by phone or email when you placed your order
  2. The service address ZIP code for the location where you receive Frontier service
  3. The last name of the account owner or business name
  4. Click the reCaptcha checkbox (I’m not a robot) then Check Status

Check your order status from the MyFrontier app

  1. Sign in to the app for Android or iPhone.
  2. From your account dashboard, select the order you want to view. Or tap the Support icon and select your order under Open support tickets.
  3. On the next screen, you’ll see a detailed timeline for your order and its status.

Check your order status from your online account

  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. Select Order Status from the Toolbox or Need Help? sections.
  3. The order number, creation date and status are displayed for each order.
  4. Click the plus sign next to an order for more details.
