You may be able to save the cost of professional installation by installing your Internet service yourself. Contact customer service to make sure you're eligible to order a self-installation kit and that you get everything you need.
|Order the Kit|
|When you order your kit, your Service Order Due Date is the date your Frontier High-Speed Internet service will become active and your billing will begin. You can't complete installation or download Frontier software until that date.
We'll tell you your Service Order Due Date by email or phone call. It is usually within 48 hours after you place your order.
Your Self-Installation Kit should arrive within 3 to 4 business days of your Service Order Due Date and includes:

|Frontier High-Speed Internet installation is a three-step process that should take about 30 minutes:
|Use My Fax Program|
|To use your fax program, you may need to disconnect your Internet connection and connect your dial-up modem. If you plan to use the same phone line your High-Speed Internet is on, you will need a filter.
If your fax program is compatible with High-Speed Internet, contact the program's manufacturer for information on coordinating the fax program with your connection. Our help desk does not support third party software such as fax programs.
