Report an outage or identify outages in your area

We do everything we can to keep your services running 24/7/365, but occasionally natural and non-natural disasters do interrupt services.

If you would like to report a new residential service outage, or see if there are any outages in your area, please call 1.800.921.8101

If you currently have no power:

  • TV and Internet will not work
  • Your FiOS Digital Voice and Vantage Voice phone service will work for up to 8 hours with the Battery Backup Unit in your Optical Network Terminal (ONT)
  • External ONT is mounted near your water or gas meter
  • Internal ONT is mounted on the wall near your electrical panel
  • Your Battery Backup Unit (BBU) or Power Supply Unit (PSU) is mounted on a wall inside your home
