Quick Settings: Easily restrict viewing based on a program’s suggested viewing age.

Advanced Settings

  • Block by Day and Time: Create and manage a schedule for TV viewing times. Your TV can only be viewed during the dates and times you’ve specified.
  • Block by Channel: Set and manage a list of specific channels to block from viewing.
  • Block by Content Rating: You can block channels based on the ratings of its programming. Blocking a certain rating, such as TV-14, will block that programming with that rating and every rating above it. Note: Adult-rated programming will still be visible in the guides unless you hide it using the Adult Information setting.
  • Control On Demand Sharing: You can choose to hide or show Video on Demand (VOD) content.
  • Adult Information: Blocks or unblocks titles and descriptions of adult-rated content in the guides, information screens, or search results. Note: This won’t block channels containing adult content.
  • Change/Set Up PIN: Allows you to set up or change existing Parental Controls or Purchase PIN at any time. Note: You’ll have to enter your existing PIN before changing it. If you enter the wrong PIN, you’ll be temporarily locked out and will have to retry later.
