What is Frontier ForMe Rewards?

Frontier ForMe Rewards gives you personalized rewards, offers, and discounts from popular merchants—just for being a Frontier customer. You can access Frontier ForMe Rewards in the MyFrontier App. Download the app for iOS or Android today.

How do I access Frontier ForMe Rewards?

You’ll need the MyFrontier mobile app to access Frontier ForMe Rewards.
  1. Download the app for iOS or Android
  2. Sign in with your Frontier username and password or register for a Frontier account.
  3. Once you sign into the app, you may see a Frontier ForMe Rewards card in your home screen. Tap the card to get started. You can also access Frontier ForMe Rewards by tapping “More” in the app menu.

Who’s eligible for ForMe Rewards?

Residential and small business customers with active Frontier services.

What types of rewards are offered through ForMe Rewards?

There are four types of rewards:
  1. Coupon Rewards: Get digital coupons with codes offered by some of your favorite merchants.
  2. Giveaways: Limited time offers for free goodies.
  3. Instant win: Win extra discounts or free goodies by participating in online games and activities.
  4. Prize draw: Enter to win special prizes from Frontier.

Coupons and vouchers

How do I redeem an online offer?

When you select an offer, you’ll receive a code that can be used when you check out on the retailer’s site.

Don’t forget: Some coupons may be time sensitive so make sure you claim them before they expire. Expiration dates are noted on the offer. Specific instructions and terms and conditions are included in each individual offer at the bottom of the offer screen.

How can I use my coupon discount codes online?

Most coupon codes can be used when checking out on a retailer’s website. The discount will be applied before the transaction is completed.

Each retailer has specific terms and conditions located at the bottom of the screen for each coupon. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and check the coupon offer’s terms and conditions to find participating locations.

If you need to spend money to redeem the coupon offer, make sure you check your code will be accepted before you buy. Expiration dates are noted on the coupon offer.

How can I use my coupon discount codes in store?

Some coupon codes can be used when checking out in a retailer’s store. The discount will be applied before the transaction is completed.

The offer will contain instructions on how to claim your reward in-store. We’ll usually provide you with a bar code, QR code or alpha-numeric code that you can show to the staff member at the counter.

Each retailer has specific terms and conditions located at the bottom of the screen for each specific coupon. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and check the coupon offer’s terms and conditions to find participating locations.

What if I’m having trouble with my coupon code?

Here are some reasons why your discount code may not be working:

  1. You’re trying to use a coupon code outside terms and conditions of the offer. Each offer has its own terms and conditions and can be found in the specific offer description at the bottom of the coupon offer screen.
  2. The coupon discount code may have expired. You may have claimed the code in ForMe Rewards but tried to use it after the expiration date. After the expiration date, a discount code is no longer active.
  3. Your purchase is ineligible. You may be trying to use the code for merchandise that’s not included in the offer’s Terms & Conditions.
  4. The code is incorrect. If you’ve entered your discount code manually, double check that it matches the code shown for the offer in ForMe Rewards.
  5. You’re trying to use two discount codes or the items in your order are excluded from discounts. Most codes can’t be used simultaneously with other discount or offer codes. Retailers may also exclude certain items from promotions or discounts.
  6. Your code has already been used. Some codes are single use only and can’t be used multiple times.
  7. The coupon discount code may have been withdrawn or replaced. We do all we can to make sure the retailer will honor the coupon discount code. However, in rare cases, retailers can withdraw or replace a code without informing us and when this happens, the discount won’t be applied.

What are the terms and conditions of the coupon rewards?

I’ve saved a coupon reward. Where is it?

Your saved rewards can be found under “My Offers” within the MyFrontier mobile app. If a coupon reward has expired, or there are no redemption opportunities remaining, it’ll no longer show up in My Offers.

Giveaway reward offers

What is a giveaway offer?

From time to time, we’ll offer free products to give away on a first-come, first-served basis. The products offered through giveaways vary, but the number of free products will be clearly displayed on the giveaway offer screen.

How do I claim a giveaway offer?

Giveaway offers have codes that can be used during checkout to adjust the price to $0 before the transaction is completed. Please ensure that you’ve read the offer’s specific terms and conditions closely as some complimentary offers may require you to download a retailer’s app or join its loyalty program

What if my offer has expired? Can I have a new code?

If the code has expired, it can no longer be used. Most offers are available for a limited time, so it’s important to use the discount code quickly. Each offer has a different terms and conditions. Please ensure you’ve read the offer’s specific terms and conditions closely.

Instant win offers

What is an Instant Win offer?

With an Instant Win offer, you participate in online games or activities for a chance to win instant rewards.

What do I need to do to participate in an Instant Win offer?

Complete the activity described in the offer to see if you’ve won.

How do I redeem the prize if I win?

If you win, there will be detailed instructions on how to redeem your reward prize.

Prize draws

How do I enter a prize drawing?

No purchase is necessary to enter a prize draw. Select “Enter Now” and your entry will be recorded. Please be sure to read the full terms and conditions for each drawing to learn the procedure and timing for selecting and notifying winners. Age and geographic restrictions may apply. You can find details for each prize draw you have entered in the My Offers section of ForMe Rewards.

How do I know if I won, and when will I be notified?

Prize winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date of the competition. Each prize draw or competition has its own terms and conditions.

Interacting with ForMe Rewards

How do I save offers?

Select the heart icon in the lower right-hand corner of an offer to add it to your saved offers.

Where can I see my saved offers?

Your saved offers can be found under the” My Offers,” section of ForMe Rewards. If an offer has expired, or no redemption opportunities remain, then it'll no longer be shown in your saved offers.

How do I update my interests?

It’s important that you keep your interests up to date to ensure you see the most relevant offers for you. You can make changes to your interests on the Rewards Interests screen.

What if I’ve tried to troubleshoot but I’m still experiencing issues?

We do all we can to make sure retailers will honor coupon discount codes. However, codes are controlled by our retail partners. If your code still isn’t working, please:

  1. Check with the merchant directly. Many merchants have instant chat or support phone numbers you can call to get help.
  2. If you’ve tried contacting the merchant directly and still feel there’s an issue, please contact ftr-rewards-inquires@capillarytech.com. Please include the merchant’s name, date, offer details, and a brief explanation describing the issue in your email.
