How to change or reset your Frontier email password

Change your Frontier email password

1. Sign in to the Frontier Account Editor with your current email address and password.
2. Click the Password Updates tab and enter your new password.
3. Click Change Password.

1. Visit the Frontier Account Editor page and click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your recovery email address. We'll send a password reset link to your recovery email address.
3. Click on the password reset link and follow the instructions.

Note: You must have a recovery email set up to reset your password. This is another email account you have where we can send a password reset link. If you haven’t set up a recovery email, you’ll need to chat with us to reset your password.

Set up a recovery email

1. Sign in to the Frontier Account Editor.
2. Select the Recovery Email tab.
3. Add an email address where we can send your password recovery code.
4. Select Confirm.

Note: This email address can’t be your Frontier email address.

Set up a recovery phone number

1. Sign in to the Frontier Account Editor.
2. Select the Recovery Phone Number tab.
3. Add a mobile number where we can send your password recovery code.
4. Select Confirm.

• Must be 8 - 20 characters in length
• Can’t contain any spaces
• Must include at least one number and one capital letter
• Can’t contain your user ID, first name, last name or answer to your security question
• Can’t include more than 3 of the same letters/numbers in a row
• Can’t include 4 consecutive keyboard characters (Example: qwerty33CAT)
