How to make changes to your service

Changing a service appointment

Select Check Trouble Ticket from the Account Summary menu to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Check the status of an order

Select Check Order Status from the Account Summary menu to view the status of an order for Frontier service.

Other account changes

For security, some changes require you to contact us or chat with us. online. These include:
  • Changing the billing name on your account
  • Upgrading or changing your TV, internet or phone services, including adding channels or increasing your speed
  • Turning a temporary vacation service hold on or off
  • Canceling your service

How to make billing changes

Sign in to your account to:

Turn Paperless Billing on and off

  1. Select My Profile then My Accounts
  2. Select Manage next to Bill Preference.
  3. Click the checkbox to turn Paperless Billing on.
  4. If you’re already enrolled in Paperless Billing and want to disable it, click the checkbox next to Printed Paper Bill.

Change your billing address

  1. Select My Profile then My Contact Information & Notification Preferences.
  2. Under Billing Address, click Edit.
  3. Enter your updated billing address, then click Save.

Choose your preferred language for billing communications

  1. Select My Profile then My Accounts.
  2. Click the checkbox for English or Spanish under Preferred language.

Manage access to your account

  1. Select My Profile then My Accounts.
  2. Click Add another User to Manage this Account to add an authorized user.
  3. Click Unlink to remove an authorized user.

How to make Frontier ID changes

Sign in to your online account and click My Profile then Frontier ID, Password & Email Notifications to:

Change the email linked to your Frontier ID

Click Edit next to your email address. Enter a new email address and click Save.

Change the password for your Frontier account

  1. Click Change my Password.
  2. Enter and verify your new password.
  3. Click Save.

Create or change your Account Passcode

Your account passcode is used to verify your identity when contacting Frontier. This number is different from the 4-digit PIN used to make one-time payments and manage your account.

Link another Frontier account to your Frontier ID

  1. Click Link another Account.
  2. Enter the account number and pin for the account you want to link.

How to make email account changes

Sign in to your online account and select My Profile then My Email Addresses to make email account changes.
  1. Click Manage Email to go to the Frontier Account Editor and manage your existing email addresses.
  2. Click Create a new email address and follow the on-screen instructions.
