The MyFrontier mobile app makes it easy for customers with a Frontier ID to manage their Frontier account from mobile devices. Available for Android and iOS devices, you can download the free app by searching for MyFrontier in the App Store or Google Play.
Once you have the app, log in to MyFrontier with your Frontier ID email address and password. If you haven't created your Frontier ID yet, simply tap Register at the bottom of the log in screen. If you need help, read the simple instructions for creating your Frontier ID.
Once logged in, you can:
- View your current balance
- View your current bill and the previous year’s bills
- Pay your bill, manage your payment methods and Auto Pay settings
- Reset your Set Top Box
- Check your Order or Trouble Ticket Status
- Chat Live with a Frontier representative
Tap the menu icon found in the top left corner to select: My Profile, My Bills, My Payments, Help Center (including access to your Order Status and Trouble Ticket Status), Reset Set Top Box (in the Tools menu) or Contact Us.
When you’re finished using the app, be sure to tap the menu icon and select Sign Out.
