Next, log in to MyFrontier with your Frontier ID and password. Don't have a Frontier ID? Tap Register at the bottom of the log in screen.
Need help? Read the instructions for creating your Frontier ID.
Now you can:
|View your current balance|
|View your current bill and the previous year' bills|
|Pay your bill, manage your payment methods and Auto Pay settings|
|Reset your Set Top Box|
|Check your Order or Trouble Ticket Status|
|Chat Live with a Frontier representative|
|FiOS® Digital Voice customers can see and manage their messages|
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the app to select:
- My Profile
- My Bills
- My Payments
- Help Center (including access to your Order Status and Trouble Ticket Status)
- Reset Set Top Box (in the Tools menu)
- Contact Us
All finished? Tap the menu icon and select Sign Out.
