Schedule a service appointment

If your service issue can’t be resolved remotely, we’ll help you schedule a service appointment.
Cancel or reschedule service appointment
Select your service order ticket from the
Home

screens.
Select
Reschedule appointment
to pick a new date or time.
If you need to cancel, select
Cancel
and call the number provided to complete cancellation.
