Wherever you are, you can access and manage your Frontier account from your mobile devices using the MyFrontier mobile app. First, download the app for free:
Next, log in to MyFrontier with your Frontier ID and password. If you don't have a Frontier ID, tap Register at the bottom of the log in screen.

Once you're registered it's easy to:
|View your current balance|
|View your current and previous bills|
|Pay your bill, manage your payment methods and Auto Pay settings|
|Reboot your Set-Top Box|
|Check your Order or Trouble Ticket Status|
|Chat Live with a Frontier representative|
|FiOS® Digital Voice customers can see and manage their messages|
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the app to select:
- My Profile
- My Bills
- My Payments
- Help Center (including access to your Order Status and Trouble Ticket Status)
- Reboot Set-Top Box (in Troubleshoot)
- Contact Us
All finished? Tap the menu icon and select Sign Out.
