Log in to My Account, then click to open the My Accounts section of My Profile to:
- change your billing address
- turn on or turn off paperless billing
- choose your preferred language
- add another user to your account.
Need to change your bank account or credit card information? See Add/Edit Payment Method.
- Click to see your linked accounts and manage the settings for each.
- Click Edit to change your billing address (not your service address).
- Turn on paperless billing—or turn it off again. Click Manage next to Bill Preference .
- Choose your preferred language, English or Spanish, for billing and other Frontier messaging.
- Add another user to manage your account or use other services.
