Billing Changes

Log in to My Account, then click to open the My Accounts section of My Profile to:

  • change your billing address
  • turn on or turn off paperless billing
  • choose your preferred language
  • add another user to your account.

Account changes

  1. Click to see your linked accounts and manage the settings for each.
  2. Click Edit to change your billing address (not your service address).
  3. Turn on paperless billing—or turn it off again. Click Manage next to Bill Preference .
  4. Choose your preferred language, English or Spanish, for billing and other Frontier messaging.
  5. Add another user to manage your account or use other services.
