- Sign in to your account.
- In the navigation bar, select My Account then Account access.
- In the Linked accounts tile, select the plus sign next to Link account.
- Enter the account number for the account you want to link.
- Select Continue.
- Next, you’ll need to verify your access to the account you want to link. You can either receive an access code by phone or enter the account PIN.
- Choose how you want to verify the account then select Continue.
If you chose to enter the account PIN:
- If successful, you’ll see a confirmation message showing the account was linked.
- Select Go to Account Access to return to the Account access page.
If you chose to receive an access code by phone:
- You’ll receive a call from our automated system and hear the six-digit code.
- A screen will appear asking you to enter the code.
- Enter the code and select Submit.
- If successful, you’ll see a confirmation message showing the account was linked.
- Select Go to Account Access to return to the Account access page.
Note: You have 10 attempts to enter your account PIN or access code. After the 10th attempt, your account will be locked for 10 hours.
