Frontier ID Changes

Log in to My Account and click My Profile > Frontier ID, Password & Email Notifications where you can:

  1. Change the email address linked to your Frontier ID. Click Edit next to your email address. Enter a new email address and click Save.
  2. Change the password for logging in to your Frontier account. Click Change my Password to enter and verify your new password.
  3. Add a mobile number. There may be times when you need us to call your cell rather than your home phone.
  4. Create or change your Account Passcode. Find out more about your account passcode.
  5. Unlink a linked account. Click Unlink and confirm by clicking the UNLINK button you will see on your screen.
  6. Link another Frontier account. Click to link another account to your Frontier ID by entering its number and PIN.

You can make many account changes on the My Profile section of My Account.
