- Tune to channel 101—the DISH Network Neighborhood—for a 30-minute program that will guide you through your new services.
- Get all your technical support directly from the DISH website.
- Make any changes to your DISH service with a call to 1.888.742.0239.

|Change channels||You have 3 ways to change channels on your DISH receiver:
|Use correct input or channel||Your TV must be set to the correct input or channel to enjoy DISH service—usually HDMI1 and channel 3 or 4. If your screen is black, blue, or snowy, your TV may be set to wrong input or channel.
What can cause your TV to be on wrong input or channel?
|Select a Favorites List||We've pre-programmed 3 Favorites Lists for you:
|Exit on-screen menus||Press and release VIEW LIVE TV.|
|Set Closed Captioning||Closed Captioning shows a text version of the program on your TV screen. It's helpful for hearing-impaired people, and useful in noisy places like a sports bar.
